Supported Community Living (SCL)
Supported Community Living services assist individuals with disabilities in developing and maintaining the skills needed to live as independently as possible. Services may include daily living skills, community participation, skill-building, routine support, and assistance
with personal goals.
               Consumer Directed Attendant Care (CDAC)
Consumer Directed Attendant Care allows individuals or their representatives to direct their own care. Services may include assistance with activities of daily living, health-related tasks, household support, and other needs that promote independence and quality of life.
