Shalom Home Living provides Supported Community Living (SCL) and Consumer Directed Attendant Care (CDAC) services in Polk and Dallas Counties, serving the greater Des Moines, Iowa area. We are a small, family-like organization committed to providing person-centered support that honors dignity, independence, and quality of life for individuals with disabilities and the elderly.
